Carbon Management Policy

Purpose
Innova NanoJet Technologies Limited is committed to eliminating carbon from our business and to measuring and managing our progress toward a decarbonised economy. Innova NanoJet Technologies Limited recognises that climate change is emerging as one of the most serious environmental challenges currently threatening the global community. We understand that there is a need to minimise greenhouse gas emissions produced as a result of fossil fuel consumption and we acknowledge that we have a role to play in tackling these issues. We have examined internal and external energy and carbon issues and identified the areas of our business activities, products and services which consume energy.

Goals
As a company we are committed to:

Responsibly managing energy and carbon to assist with global efforts to reduce CO2 emissions and protect the environment from harm.
Integrating climate action into our Environmental Management System and setting targets, objectives and key performance indicators through which our climate action ambitions will be achieved. We are committed to ensuring the availability of information and of necessary resources to achieve these objectives and targets.
Monitoring and measuring our carbon footprint and regularly reviewing this progress against our stated objectives.
Reporting on our climate action performance.
Promoting energy and carbon reduction methodologies and supporting the purchase of low or zero carbon products and services.
Influencing others within the Supply Chain to apply low carbon methodologies and deliver improved energy performance.
Ensuring compliance with all applicable legislative and other requirements which relate to the Company's energy use and carbon emissions.

Communication
We will acknowledge, respond appropriately, and take into account of the views of the public and any other interested parties with respect to our operations and make this energy policy available to them. In addition, this policy statement will be communicated to all persons working for and on behalf of Innova NanoJet Technologies Limited.

Monitoring and Review
Innova NanoJet Technologies Limited wil review this policy 12 months after implementation and annually thereafter.
Effectiveness of the policy will be assessed through:

Feedback from suppliers and management.

Review of the policy by management and committee to determine if objectives have been met and to identify barriers and enablers to ongoing policy implementation.
